To be eligible for the advertised shipping cost displayed at checkout your delivery address must be within the assigned delivery zone of a major city in Australia.

For heavy items (especially those being delivered to a residential address) a tailgate lifter truck may be required, which can incur an additional handling fee.

Any additional shipping and handling fees will be quoted on a case by case basis and will require payment prior to delivery.

Should the quoted freight quote not be accepted a full refund will be provided.

Warehouse / Depot pick up is available on request.

Shipping Timeframes

Whilst we aim to provide a fast and reliable service, transit times may vary in rural and remote locations. Although we hold a large range of inventory some items may have delays outside of our control. Full refunds are available on items with delayed delivery prior to dispatch only.

Order Cancellations

Delivery Problems

If a delivery has not arrived at the expected time, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will initiate an enquiry with our authorised carrier. We aim to resolve all delivery problems immediately after being notified. Once receiving products ordered, please check that the products are correct. Notify Hot Water Shop of any delivery anomalies (missing or broken Products, parcel damaged, etc.) as soon as possible.
